Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data the DQSQUAD website (tabooxhub.com, the “Site”, “we”) collects, how it is used, and what rights users have. By using the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Age restriction (18+)

The Site contains adult material and is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, it will be deleted together with its data. See also our CSAM Policy.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: username, e-mail address, password (stored only as a hash), first and last name, profile description, avatar and cover. When you sign in with Telegram — the ID and public name of your Telegram account.
  • Content: uploaded videos and thumbnails, their titles, descriptions, tags, comments, likes, subscriptions and playlists.
  • Payments and balance: amount, date and status of transactions, payment method, receipts sent to confirm a payment. The Site does not store bank card data.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, entry page and actions on the Site (security event log: sign-in, upload, purchase), approximate country derived from the IP address.
  • Device identifier (fingerprint): generated by the browser from technical parameters and used to prevent fraud, abuse and artificial view/like manipulation.
  • Cookies and local storage: session and authentication, selected language and theme, cookie-consent flag, traffic analytics (Google Analytics).

3. How we use data

  • to create and maintain your account, sign you in and restore access;
  • to publish your content and show comments, subscriptions and recommendations;
  • to accept payments, keep your balance and process purchases (“full video”, subscription);
  • for security: preventing fraud, spam, bots, password guessing and violations of the Site rules;
  • for moderation and legal compliance, including handling reports and rights-holder requests;
  • to analyse traffic and improve the Site;
  • to contact you about your account, payments and support.

4. Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only as far as needed to operate the Site:

  • our hosting and server infrastructure provider;
  • Google Analytics (anonymised visit statistics);
  • payment and cryptocurrency services used to top up your balance, and Telegram when paying or contacting support;
  • an AI text-generation service (DeepSeek): when a video is uploaded, only the short text description typed by the uploader is sent, without any account personal data;
  • public authorities and rights holders, where required by law or a well-founded request.

5. Retention and security

Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above or while your account exists; security logs and payment records may be kept longer where necessary to investigate violations or required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, restricted server access and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cookies

Cookies are needed for the Site to work (authentication, language, theme) and for analytics. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser, but some features (sign-in, purchases, comments) will then stop working.

7. Your rights

  • to obtain information about the data we process about you;
  • to correct inaccurate data in “Profile settings”;
  • to delete your account and related data in profile settings or on request to support;
  • to withdraw consent to data processing (which may make it impossible to use the account);
  • to lodge a complaint about data processing.

Requests are handled within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. Some data (for example payment and violation records) may be kept after account deletion where required by law or to protect the Site.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (Telegram, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reviewing them separately.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update at the top. By continuing to use the Site after changes you accept the new version.
