These Terms of Use govern access to the DQSQUAD website (tabooxhub.com) and its services. By visiting the Site or registering you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Site contains sexually explicit material. Access is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in their jurisdiction). By entering the Site you confirm your age and that viewing such material is lawful where you are located.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, the security of your password and all activity under your account.
  • One person — one account; accounts may not be transferred to third parties.
  • We may restrict or delete an account if these Terms are violated.

3. Content rules

By uploading material you warrant that:

  • every person appearing in it is over 18, and you hold documentary proof of age and the written consent of each person to filming and publication;
  • you own the rights to the material or have the rights holder’s permission;
  • the material does not violate the law or third-party rights.

Strictly prohibited: any content involving minors or appearing to involve minors (CSAM), material made without participants’ consent, revenge porn, rape and coercion, violence, animals, human trafficking, doxxing, fraud, malware and spam. Such material is removed without notice and reported to the competent authorities. See the CSAM Policy and the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement.

4. Copyright

You retain the rights to your content and grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, convert, create previews of and distribute it as part of operating the Site. Rights holders may send a complaint to [email protected] with the link, a description of their rights and contact details — infringing material will be removed.

5. Paid features

  • Your balance is topped up by the methods available on the Site and is used for purchases on the Site.
  • Purchasing a “full video”, a subscription or other paid features is done by debiting your balance and is shown in your profile.
  • Unless expressly stated at purchase or required by law, paid services and top-ups are non-refundable. If a service was not delivered through our fault, contact support.
  • Prices and the contents of paid features may change; changes do not affect already paid periods.

6. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to: circumvent restrictions or protections, scrape data without permission, manipulate views and likes, attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, disrupt the Site, distribute malware, or advertise/spam without approval.

7. Moderation and blocking

We may remove content, restrict access and block accounts at any time, including without notice, if we believe these Terms or the law have been violated. You can report material with the “Report” button on the video page or by e-mail to support.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for user-uploaded content or for indirect losses arising from use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law. Users are solely responsible for their content and actions.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms; the new version takes effect once published on this page. You may stop using the Site and delete your account in profile settings at any time.

10. Governing law

Relations arising from use of the Site are governed by the law determined under the rules of private international law; the parties will seek to resolve disputes by negotiation.
